RESPONSIBILITIES · Provide support for Insight & Analytics projects, services and products to team within the agency· Gather relevant information and content for research or measurement and provide analysis on the result· Answer basic reference questions using internet, online, print and other sources· Work closely with manager and team to meet deadlines, identify and make suggestions about deliverables based on client knowledge· Responsible for activities of project team, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projectREQUIREMENTS· Diploma or degree level in Analytics, Library Sciences, Information Sciences, Research or equivalent· Strong search techniques, apply best methods to obtain data by using database and internet searching; solid awareness of research methodologies such as primary and secondary, quantitative and qualitative, and are versed in measurement tools and processes· Familiar with social media and blogs including forums and micro-blogging platforms and good understanding of evaluating key metrics in different media· A strong listener with good communication skills, ability to interface with clients and meet audience needs· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and proficient in data and research tools such as Factiva, LexisNexis, etc· Strong in both written and spoken English and Chinese· At least 4 days per week and 3-6 months internship.
